As our name states, MPC is a payment center; not a collection agency. MPC offers an extremely flexible and cost effective alternative to traditional collection agencies with superior approach for maintaining positive community public relations. MPC can function as an extension of your Medical Facility’s Business office in one or more of the following ways:
- Rural Community Public Relations Program – Phone calls and letters designed specifically for communities with populations less than 20,000.
- Payment Plan Monitoring System – Your Medical Facilities FTE’s can establish terms and we can monitor the accounts or MPC staff will establish the terms based of your payment criteria and monitor those accounts.
- Self Pay Receivables Early Intervention – Phone calls and letters designed for self-pay accounts 0, 30, 45, 90 days old.
- Self Pay Cleanup Program - Our Client Medical Facilities send over all of their self-pay accounts for a one time initial cleanup, which then if needed, transfers into an ongoing payment plan.
- Small Balance Recovery System – Phone call and letter program designed especially for accounts with balances less than $100.
- Custom Program – MPC can develop a custom program based on your needs. Just tell us how you would like your accounts worked.
